What We Offer


Postnatal Exercise

We offer a range of postnatal fitness and wellbeing classes, each have a different style and focus but you can expect the classes to include pelvic floor exercises and strengthening movements to heal your body. Your baby can rest on a soft blanket in front of you, and you’re welcome to be led by your baby, changing and feeding at any time.

Body Conditioning Classes

The perfect class to get all those muscles switched back on that are feeling a little lazy after pregnancy.

Using light weights, resistance bands and more, we will tone and strengthen your whole body making sure you can cope with all that motherhood demands.

Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum.

Baby Massage Course

Join us for a lovely experience with your baby. Each session includes guided relaxation, baby massage with songs and rhymes, discussion time on topics such as communicating with your baby, mental wellbeing and coping with crying. The atmosphere is supportive and inclusive, encouraging carers to feed, change or comfort their baby without leaving the class. Course is facilitated by Sarah Allen, local parent of 3 and experienced NCT – trained practitioner.

Having a baby is a rollercoaster, emotionally, mentally and physically. Rediscovering your body postnatally can be a rich and rewarding experience, helping you to reconnect and feel stronger, fitter and happier.

LIFE by margot instructors are experts at supporting your postnatal journey whether that’s through yoga and relaxation or helping you feel fit and strong with weights and circuits. 

Our inclusive classes are relaxed and welcoming, a haven away from the hustle bustle of daily life with a baby and a chance to chat with other mums, enjoy a hot drink and quality time with you baby.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are classes suitable for beginners?

All our classes are suitable for beginners and seasoned pros. All exercises and postures can be adapted. 

Do I need to bring anything?

All props and mats are provided. We have drinks to purchase and you can fill your reusable bottle. We also have some playmats and bouncers to entertain your baby. 

When can I start classes?

All of our classes are suitable from your 6 week check. We advise 6 weeks for vaginal birth and 8 weeks post c-section. 

Can I park my buggy?

We have minimal space for buggies. If you can attend with your baby in a sling it is much preferred. 

Can I bring my baby?

Yes, babies are welcome to all of our postnatal classes (apart from Wednesday evening and Saturday morning), until they mobile and crawling. 

Do you sell class packs?

Yes, we sell packs of 5,10,15 and 20. They are available to purchase here.
