We offer different types of Pregnancy Yoga, choose from restorative candlelit or dynamic. Both are taught by expert yoga teachers and help you with your pregnancy journey.

Pregnancy Pilates

Prenatal Pilates is a low impact class that combines Pilates and Yoga to work the whole body. Small and precise movements are what this class is about

Pregnancy Extended Events & Workshops

We offer extended events and workshops such as restorative yoga with healing soundbath. The soundbath is an instrumental sequence which takes participants into a deep state of relaxation. 

We often offer preparation for birth workshops which combine the best of Active Birth, Yoga and Hypnobirthing tools. They are practical, compact, full of helpful knowledge and pretty fun too!

Why practice yoga & pilates during pregnancy?

Pregnancy Yoga and Pilates are ideal exercises to enjoy during pregnancy. Pregnancy Yoga is a gentle and nurturing practice, allowing you to slow down, to move your body in a safe and supported way and to bond with your growing baby. You’ll feel stronger, physically and mentally, and empowered as you approach the birth of your baby and transition to parenthood.

Pregnancy Pilates helps you to strengthen your body and maintain pelvic stability during this time of change for your body.
Attending a class regularly is a great way to meet other mums to be in the area and expand your pregnancy support network.

All of our classes are suitable from 13 week of pregnancy up to birth, you don’t need any prior experience, you will be warmly welcomed!

Are classes suitable for beginners?

All our classes are suitable for beginners and seasoned pros. All exercises and postures can be adapted. 

Do you sell class packs?

Yes, we sell packs of 5,10,15 and 20. Purchase packs on the schedule above, using the products/packages link.

When can I start classes?

All of our classes are suitable from your 2nd trimester until birth. 

Do you you do special offers?

We periodically do special offers, you can always see what’s coming up on our social media or check the schedule for offers.

Do I need to bring anything?

All props and mats are provided. We have drinks to purchase and you can fill your reusable bottle.
