Katy trained in Pilates 8 years go after having her daughter. The core strength and stability it gave during her pregnancies and postnatally drove Katy’s passion to help women during these 9 months and beyond. Katy has also qualified as an ‘advanced pregnancy wellness practitioner’.

You will be given a personalised session tailored to your needs. These may include:

  • Pelvic girdle pain
  • Pelvic floor rehabilitation
  • Pregnancy wellness and education
  • Medication and pregnancy advice
