I have been passionate about all things Fitness since I was young. I started with swimming and football at the age of 4. Since I discovered Bodyweight Training, Core Workout and HIIT Workouts my life changed. I received great physical benefits in terms of fitness, athleticism and health. The best thing about these workouts is that you can do them anywhere you want – at home, in the park, in the gym or on the beach, with or without equipment. It is a way of life.

Calisthenic training is being in total control of your body, being able to lift it, manoeuvre it, and push it in a variety of different ways. With these exercises you will experience increased levels of energy, balance, posture, endurance, core strength and flexibility.
